REALITY OVERTAKES THE GYPSYit just sounds like something you would have said  something that got lost after you stopped breaking all those strings.  i look at you too long and you wither  and the rest of the world begins to look the same.  it's always either too long or not long enough & this is why we are never satisfied  it's always the difference between here and there that kills you.

It may (or may not) have come to your attention that I have "stopped" using dA. I've changed the way I want to write and the way I want to present my work, and so dA doesn't really fit with where I'm at on a personal level.

However, I'm a big fan of some of the writers I've come across and I really want to keep that connection, so I won't be closing my account. If you're interested in my work, please check back here and I'll be sure to point you in the right direction for the future.

Thank you so much for all the support and loving comments I've received. I can't begin to list everyone who's been a supportive presence in the time I've been part of dA, but for being consistently brilliant - I mean, really, really brilliant - I need to list a few names:

These people are fantastic writers, and I have huge amounts of respect for them all. There is nothing more thrilling than when someone you admire has a few kind words to offer about your own work, and some of these writers have been very encouraging to me indeed during my stay.

I know there are others on here with mad skillz and I'm sorry if our paths haven't crossed yet. Like I said, I'm not leaving dA, but I won't be contributing anything, certainly not in the near future. So I look forward to perhaps encountering your work.

i had to reconsider my answer. i don't know if i'm any more intuitive than anyone else, but i often feel things that are later revealed to be true, and i guess a big part of my creative expression is based on creating feelings rather than narratives, so in that sense definitely...

I think that'd be cheating a little, because you don't necessarily need to be intuitive to notice that someone else is. =p but I think I am anyway, so it's okay.
